Authentication and authorization - Topaz
Topaz is an open-source authorization system for application. While written in Go, it was meant to be language agnostic. We have a complete set of SDKs, including the .NET one that I am submitting as the link. WIth this SDKs, developers can easily add fine-grained access controls to their dotnet applications, saving them months of work.
